ERIDIS was born from a simple desire: to create.  The name itself has a personal origin, as it comes from one of my first names. 

Born to two entrepreneurial parents, I have always been drawn to the idea of starting a business and bringing ideas to life. My mother had a business in the printing industry, and I have always been fascinated by this world.

Over time, my interest in DIY and customization also grew. I loved imagining designs, printing them, and seeing them come to life on clothing or objects, or creating something to give as a gift.

That is where the desire to have my own printing business came from, with the possibility of offering different services, notably the printing of cards, flyers, and other materials. I then started thinking about creating this business, which would bear the name ERIDIS PRINTING.

Later, my passion for creating designs and printing on different materials, notably clothing, mugs, hats, and other objects, continued to grow. I enjoyed personalizing these different items, whether for myself or to give them away. Exploring the possibilities of textile printing and customization, I gradually discovered new ways to bring my ideas to life.

Thus, during a conversation with someone, as I was sharing my passion for printing on different materials, I was asked a very simple question: “Are you planning to make a business out of it?” This question made me think. I had not really considered things from this angle. Until then, I was mainly thinking about what I wanted to develop with ERIDIS PRINTING. But after all, why not? Why limit myself to this first idea? Why not go further and make my creations accessible to other people? Perhaps these designs could also encourage someone else, convey a message to them, or remind them of something important. It was while thinking about this possibility that the idea of ERIDIS COLLECTION was born.

Beyond the pleasure of creating, I also wanted to convey messages through my designs. My faith plays an important role in this approach. I would like my creations to be able to encourage, remind someone of a biblical truth, or simply bring a little hope to someone.

Jesus calls us to go and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20). I believe that this call can be lived out in different ways. Not always being comfortable approaching people directly to talk to them, I see clothing and objects bearing biblical messages as another way to share what I believe, to spark questions, and, perhaps, to open conversations about Jesus.

This approach also aligns with my conviction that God has given us abilities, ideas, and talents that we can develop and put to use. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that we are His workmanship, created in Jesus Christ for good works that He prepared beforehand. This verse encourages me to explore the creativity God has given me and to use it to develop projects that have meaning.

Today, ERIDIS PRINTING and ERIDIS COLLECTION represent two complementary aspects of my world. ERIDIS PRINTING is linked to my business project in the field of printing and customization, while ERIDIS COLLECTION brings together my designs and the products that result from them. 

At heart, the ERIDIS Universe brings together my desire to be an entrepreneur, my creativity, and my faith. Through this project, I want to continue learning, exploring new possibilities, and creating with intention. Because for me, a creation can be more than an object: it can also carry a message, encourage someone, and remind them of a truth they needed.
