All ERIDIS Printing products are made to order after your order has been confirmed.

Processing Time

Please generally allow 2–5 business days for production and order processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery within Canada is generally estimated at 4–15 business days, depending on the product, destination, and available shipping method.

The timeframes provided are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Most orders may arrive sooner, but additional delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather conditions, peak demand periods, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and applicable customs procedures.

Shipping Fees

For orders delivered within Canada:

• Orders of $100 or more: Free shipping.

• Orders under $100: A flat shipping fee of $15.

The $100 threshold is calculated before taxes.

For international orders, shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, products ordered, and available shipping method. Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may also apply to international orders. When such charges are required, they may be the customer's responsibility.

Certain destinations may be excluded from shipping due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or operational constraints.

Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be provided to the customer in accordance with the arrangements applicable to their order.

Tracking information is supplied by shipping carriers and may take some time to update. ERIDIS Printing cannot guarantee the accuracy or frequency of updates provided by the carrier.
